This site describes what Static Signal LTD does and what it charges. It is information, not a contract.

Published prices are ranges, and they are an invitation to treat rather than an offer capable of acceptance. Work is governed by a signed engagement scope, which pins the deliverables, the acceptance criteria, the timeline and the exact instrument versions used. Where that document and this site disagree, that document governs.

Nothing here is legal, financial, or regulatory advice. In particular, the EU AI Act material on this site describes how our deliverables map to specific articles; it is not an opinion on your obligations, and the articles that stay with whoever deploys a system are named as such.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Static Signal LTD. You may quote or link to it with attribution and without alteration.

Rights in the material produced during an engagement are allocated by the engagement scope, not by this page.

We take care that what is published here is true when published, and figures that come from a measurement name the run and the date they came from. Ranges are reviewed quarterly and hold for engagements scoped within 90 days of issue.

The site is otherwise provided as it stands, without warranty. If you spot something that is wrong, we would like to know: hello@staticsignal.co.uk.

Static Signal LTD is not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website. Liability under an engagement is set by that engagement’s own terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The site runs no analytics and sets no cookies. What happens to anything you send us is set out in the privacy notice; what happens to data under processing is set out in the data processing agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
