We build ML systems for regulated industries where somebody downstream has to check the output without taking our word for it. That takes three shapes: an instrument we operate on your data, a system we build and hand over, and a tool you run yourself.

Customers are teams whose work will be examined — by a regulator, an auditor, or a client. Where we hold data, custody is bounded by contract: we keep raw inputs for the processing window, then delete them.

One discipline runs through all of it. A check that cannot separate good input from bad is demoted rather than counted. A system that cannot justify a decision abstains rather than guessing. A signing attempt that cannot proceed writes nothing at all.

Paradigm runs inside COSMOS, our control plane; ARCHON, a sealed execution engine, is in development. Neither is sold.

We do the engineering ourselves. Every system we sell, we built. Every claim on this website has a corresponding test, metric, or deployment.
