Static Signal builds datasets for regulated industries and signs them: four-layer provenance, EU AI Act evidence export, and verification recipes that run against external tools.

Customers are teams whose training data will be examined — by a regulator, an auditor, or a client. Custody is bounded by contract: we hold raw data for the processing window, then delete it.

We operate one instrument, Paradigm, and deliver its output as a service: your data in, signed evidence out, custody bounded by contract. Paradigm runs inside COSMOS, our control plane; ARCHON, a sealed execution engine, is in development. Neither is sold.

We do the engineering ourselves. Every system we sell, we built. Every claim on this website has a corresponding test, metric, or deployment.
