We work with teams in regulated industries who need AI systems that survive audit, satisfy compliance, and produce defensible evidence of correct operation.

Most AI systems cannot answer basic questions under scrutiny. When did the training data change? What was the model’s confidence? Can you replay the inference pipeline from last Tuesday?

The EU AI Act requires auditable AI. Most teams don’t have the infrastructure to comply. We build that infrastructure.

Paradigm v2.2 — Dataset creation and verification instrument. Policy-governed dataset creation and verification, GPU-backed execution with CUDA enforcement, cryptographic evidence generation.

COSMOS V1 — MLOps control plane. GateService enforcement on every mutation, hash-chained event log, four-state verification system, active reconciliation. Ten operational views.

ARCHON — Execution & evidence engine. Accepts signed COSMOS intents, verifies fingerprints, materialises environments, produces sealed evidence bundles. Design complete. Pre-implementation.
